Documentation

Release of Medical Records (ROMR)

If you have existing medical records supporting your qualifying condition, our team can request them on your behalf using a signed Release of Medical Records form — this speeds up your physician evaluation.

Not always. Existing records help your evaluation move faster, but our physicians can assess and, where appropriate, diagnose certain conditions like anxiety or PTSD during your visit.
After your physician certifies you, you'll register your profile with your state's medical marijuana program and pay a separate state fee (paid directly to the state, not to Releaf Specialists) before your physical card is mailed.
Once your state registration is approved, your card typically arrives within 10–15 days, though many states allow dispensary purchases with proof of approval before the physical card arrives.
